Creating a Quote

Expand or collapse content 1. Open an existing Opportunity.

         1. Go to Accounts.

         2. Click into linked Account Name.

         3. Click into Opportunities.

         4. Click into linked Opportunity Name.

2. Select Create Quote.

3. Fill in General Information:

1. Quote Contact

    i. Quote Contact needs to be added to the Opportunity Contract Role.

2. Duration

i. 1-6 Days

ii. 1-3 Weeks

iii. 1-12 Months

3. Pricing Model

4. Hours per Week per Resource

5. Site State

6. Duration Frequency

7. Schedule Type

8. Billing Schedule

9. Travel Expenses

4. Fill out Project Type and Sub Type(s) Information:

1. Project Type

2. Project Sub Type and select arrow to put in selected box

5. Fills out Dates and Availability Information:

1. Quote Date (date quote is made)

2. Availability as of

Operations will update Estimated Start Date when they approve.

6. Fill out Additional Questions Information:

1. Will CNC skills be required?

2. Is this a unionized facility?

7. Fill out Comments:

1. Add any necessary comments

    i. Add worst case scenario in Union, High Risk, and NACIS codes.

2. Add Billing Notes

8. Choose Save and Create QLI.

9. In the pricing field, select all of the technical resources you want to support.

10. Add skillsets if necessary.

11. Enter discount (as percentage or dollar amount)

Click the dollar icon for dollar amount and arrow icon for percentage.

12. Enter shift quantity.

13. Click Save.

14. Click Save & Create Quote.

15. Review information and click Submit.

Submit has to be completed by the Contract Owner.

16. Add Comments if necessary and click Submit.
