Salesforce/CLM Quote Process (Sales)

This article picks up where Salesforce/CLM Quote Process (Ops) ends.

1. Click Create Contract.

2. Answer the User Inputs when prompted.

a. Be sure to check yes and enter your name if you are testing the CLM tool

b. Check the "Full workflow routing options" box

3. Click Next.

4. Review document and click Save.

Page breaks of the created contract will look a little off in the preview, but it will look uniform once put into a real document.

5. Back on the Salesforce screen, click DocuSign CLM.

6. Click into either document.

a. Appendix is pricing, availability, etc.

b. Business terms are the legal terms.

7. From the next step drop down menu click Submit for Final Approval.

8. Click Complete.

9. Return to Salesforce screen and Click back into DocusignCLM.

If this link is not available, hit the refresh folder button.

11. Review document that populates and click Start.

12. Click Next.

If any edits need to be made at this point click Back to CO Options and view Sending a Contract Back to Make Edits

13. Click Next OR Click Send Now if the document is ready to be sent.

14. Drag and drop the signature icons to the document.

15. Click on the drop down next to the name to switch to the customer icons.

16. Click Send.
