Lead Import Processing

For this process you must have the exported data from ZoomInfo.

1. Select the settings gear.

2. Choose Setup.

4. Select Data Import Wizard.

5. Scroll down and click Launch Wizard.

6. Choose Leads for What kind of data are you importing.

7. Choose Add new and update existing records for What do you want to do.

8. Switch Match Lead by to Email.

9. For Assign New Leads to this Source, choose Sales - Outbound Prospecting.

10. Leave Assign All Leads Using this Assignment Rule as None.

11. Check the box for Assign All Leads to Campaigns.

12. Skip to the bottom and check the Trigger workflow rules and processes box.

13. Click into your Excel sheet of exported data and enter the campaign name of the user you're creating links for in the last column of every entry.

14. Back on the Salesforce screen, scroll up and drag and drop your exported data file where it says Drag CSV file here to upload.

15. Click Next.

16. Fill in the unmapped sections of the Mapping page:

Click into the linked Map text in the edit column to add information.

You will need to type out and choose your information to fill the field.

Choose the green Map button after each you fill each field.

16.1. Company Facebook Page - Company_Facebook_Page__c.

16.2. Company Twitter Account - Company_Twitter_Account__c.

16.3. Title - Job_Function__c.

16.4. Job Role - Job_Role__c.

16.5. NAICS code - NAICS_Code__c.

16.6. Number of employees - Number_of_Employees__c.

16.7. Number of US Plants - Number_of_US_Plants__c.

16.8. Annual Revenue - Revenue__c.

16.9. SIC Code - SIC_Code__c.

16.10. Engagio_Department__c will remain unmapped.

16.11. Campaign Member:Campaign - Column-26.

17. Click Next.

18. Click Start Import.

19. Click OK on the pop up message.

Here you can see how many records were processed and how many failed.

20. To view errors, click View Result.

21. Open Excel sheet from downloads.

Below is an example of the results export you will get after completing an import. The entries marked Success = FALSE will give you an error message.
